Meet Vineetha: Founder of ClarityIgnite

Hello! I’m Vineetha, the founder of ClarityIgnite and an executive and career transition coach with over 15 years of experience in operations, project management, and HR. My journey into coaching is deeply personal, rooted in my own career transitions, and driven by a passion to help others discover their true calling.

My Story

By nature, I’m a seeker. Inspired by my father, a successful finance controller, I began my career in accounting with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. After two years in accounting and auditing, I realized it wasn’t my passion. Frustrated but hopeful, I pursued an MBA in Human Resources, drawn by my love for psychology and working with people.

Balancing the demands of a young family, I transitioned into educational administration and found joy in the vibrant school environment. Today, I work as an Operations and Exams Officer at an international school, where each day presents new challenges and learning opportunities. Alongside my job, I actively pursue my passion for coaching. I am currently part of the career transition coaching team at LHH – Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading management consultancy in Dubai, where I assist redundant employees in navigating their career journeys.

A Shift in Perspective

Throughout my career, I often wished I had a career coach to guide me. I saw many people working on autopilot, only questioning their career paths in mid-life or retirement. This realization inspired me to become a coach myself, determined to help others find their way before it’s too late.

My Mission

As your career coach, my mission is to help you identify your personal brand and navigate your career path with confidence. My coaching focuses on executive presence, communication, and results-driven leadership. I specialize in guiding executives, managers, and high-potential talent through career transitions, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve their goals.

I’ve partnered with professionals from companies like EGA, Pfizer Gulf, Glaxo SmithKline, Levi Strauss & Co, Philip Morris, Medtronic, Ford Motors, Injazat Data Systems, UniLever LLC, and Network International. Additionally, I work extensively with women returning to the workforce after career breaks and university students.
